I'm very curious, about 2 years ago i was involved in a hit and run accident. In the even of this accident i suffered from a TMJ injury which is in your jaw. It is a muscle injury that never gets better, they try to medicate it with 800mg IBUPROFIN but it never works for me. It VERY often flares up as it has cause grinding and other symptoms. The doctors have all diagnosed me and pretty much said there's nothing they can do, it is a life long injury. would this injury be considered intractable pain?

The Answer to your question is yes. Absolutely this is considered a qualifying condition by the state legislature. The only issue you can run into is that your current primary care doctor is either unwilling or uneducated in the authorization of medical marijuana. MMCWS would be more then willing to assist you in obtaining your medical marijuana authorization through our network of doctors across the state.

Alright I will give you guys a call. Through the process with your doctors and after obtaining my medical records proving my condition, what happens next? THey need my current doctors permission as well or does that come first?

There is a 25$ non-refundable deposit for administrative costs and then $175 due before the appointment date which is fully refundable if your authorization is not approved. Hope this helps.

We do not need your current doctors permission all we need is Current medical records relevant to the qualifying condition(s).

Ask your doctor for copies of his chart notes. That will be all you need.
