It took just over 8 months to get the actual card in my hand. It had been so long that I was starting to wonder if I had simply thrown out the mail by accident without realizing it. Also, the card is good for a year from issue date, not from the date of the Dr. appointment, which is kind of nice. Won't need to renew until a year from now. I think I might need to have a little Rating: 5
