I make both a version of a HAO oral and topical, both of which are excellent pain relievers.

I make my topical by mixing 10 grams of honey oil, with 8 grams virgin coconut oil, 0.7 grams cinnamon bark oil, 0.7 grams of cinnamon leaf oil, 0.7 grams of gum myrrh, and 2.0 grams of Emu oil.

It works whether it is made from bud, leaf, or stem and current testing with more dilute mixtures suggests that it is more potent than necessary. For instance, our massage bar with only 9% honey oil also works very well. It contains honey oil, bees wax, coconut butter, jo joba, and vitamin E.
