Need Info on MMJ suppliers. Please!!

Does anyone have any information on what it would take to become a state licensed provider that is able to dispense his medicine through legit collectives? My boss has asked me to look into the feasability of such an operation since they already have between 2500-3000 sq ft of warehouse space that is in a very secure location. I'm planning on putting together a formal business plan. I suggested it to him about a week ago and he wants to know more now. Talk about my dream job! :stoned: Any suggestions?

I'm currently growing, but only enough for personal use. I would like to start supplying other patients and am not sure where to start.

No disrespect I know I'm new to the boards but I would contact several lawyers and get a professional opinion on board...even if someone in this thread is a lawyer you still should have one on stand by at the very least....

After talking to the bosses, they have a lawyer on retainer since they already have a collective that is renting space from them.

:stoned:i think you should wait until after the election in nov. if the ballot measure passes it will probably change the entire playing field. it would be a shame to put in all of that work and then find that your business plan is no good anymore. so many things will be changed if that passes that you should at least consider having an alt plan ready to go...if thats even possible. best of luck
