I tried that last year. I covered up some orange trees with blankets after I put the christmas lights on them. It was very cold, like 16 degrees at night and the trees still got frost damage, but they lived.
stormin94 Reviewed by stormin94 on . running out of time I have 8 plants between 6 and 12 feet tall. They just started budding. I am on the east coast. Will there be enough time before the frost for them to finish budding, if not what should I do. They are white widow ,himalayan gold and super silver haze. Rating: 5
