Im new to growing, but since no one else posted, I will try and help. I don't advice poking a stick through, but if there are bud sites growing, she is flowering, and the only thing you can do is wait. If you were trying to get it to go into flowering from vegetative, you would need to alter the amount of sunlight, but being outdoor that may be difficult. Try using some bloom boosting nutes. Fox Farm Tiger Bloom is what I was using, or else something with less nitrogen and more of the others. Boost the plants with nutes, but be sure not to overdue it, start with 1/3 or 1/2 the recomended doses, but get some quality nutes pumping through her and it will boost the buds !
