14 days from germination to current. I had a problem a couple of days ago with my nutrients being a little strong. Showed signs of burning. I immediately changed the res and diluted with half strength nutrients. Being 1 day later, they are not looking as good as I think they should. Note my setup.

    10 Gal Eb and Flow
    PH 6.5 to 6.9
    PPM 530
    T5 Lighting 24 x 7
1/4 tsp per gal of FloraMicro
1/4 tsp per gal of FloraBloom
1/4 tsp per gal of FloraGrow
Watering schedule is every 6 hours

    Any help is greatly appreciated

5.2 to 5.8 is the Ph range for hydroponics. Do you have any pictures?

Ok, Got a pic for anyone to troubleshoot. This is 3 weeks old. It's growth seems to be stunted. I changed my res with fresh water and used flora series for the nutes. The mixture is followed as indicated for seedlings.
1/4 tsp per gal of all three. PPM shows around 640. Help Please

    PPM 640
    PH 5.0 - 5.5
    Watering every 12 hours

That looks like a 3" or 4" square block of rock wool. It looks like it has way to much water so it grew algae growing on top. You need to at least cover the grow medium from light until the plants leaf structure can provide coverage.

Now the big question you need to check the Ph of the rock wool cube. I bet it will not be 5.2 - 5.5. Rock wool has a tendency to raise the Ph and with the alga growing that too will affect the Ph of the rock wool. That's one of the reasons I quit using rock wool several years ago.

    Good luck

watering every 6 hours...I don't know hydro, but does that seem a little too much? I mean, are they drinking that much water? careful with the nutrients they too can change pH...

Well, I cut back on the water and lowered the res level and that has seemed to bring life back to normal. I also placed some aluminum foil on top of the rockwool cube to hopefully cut back the algae thats present. Res PH is 5.7-6.0 consistantly. Any suggestions welcomed

Aluminum foil will cause the light to bounce back and burn the underside of the leaf. Use something black.

With a cube that large you need to let it dry before you refill. You need to time that and set it accordingly. When you have a good root structure poking through you need to move the schedule back up a little so those don't dry out. The problem is the rockwool will stay moist. Just look for mold too make sure you have air moving around 24/7

have had an overwatering problem with rockwool before ,found that if u put a dry rockwool block under it i drys much faster than sqeezing the water out of it(which seems to make it more prone to water log in the future.good luck
If an idea gets more complicated as it goes along, Its probably not a good idea.
Unless, of coarse, this idea involves something you are not supose to be doing, with limited resourses and electricity, and without anyone knowing about it!
