molasses = lyles golden syrup?

this is what i read on another forum because i cant find molasses or heard of them before i started to read these forums and im just wondering how the hell sticky sugary syrup would help plants? any info is appreciated

there's a lot of molasses info here
as far as i know it's the black treacle not the golden syrup. i haven't used it yet but i read somewhere you just add a teaspoon to 5 liters of water and the plants love it, it's meant to be great for the flowering stage of plants. you may also want to boil a cup of water and add the teaspoon to that first, then add that to the cold water.
i don't think you'll get away with using just molasses

Its full of simple sugars that the plants can suck up and use to fatten buds in the ends of flowering.

If you check the labels on most sweetners you can buy at hydro shops they all have molasses as an ingredent. I was going to use molasses but I am running areoponic top feed, and someone mentioned that I might have problems with clogs in my 1/4inch lines so I am useing botanicare raw sweetner. Keep researching there are many articles on this site and internet. Good luck:stoned:
