Your plants look healthy although wilty. I'm assuming you've checked your plants soil moisture.

You do not mention any room air exhaust. Do you have a system in place that exchanges the air within the room? Do you have a fan inside your room to circulate the air?

I keep my plants 21" from my 1000W lights. I don't see any damage from your lights on the plants. You would see plant burn on the top of your plants.

I also don't see any leaves yellowing or any apparent nute/soil issues. Are there any other signs other than the wilting?

How long have your plants looked like this? How old are your plants? Are they in veg or flower?
