He also validated that if any officer seizes a plant, it then become worth 3 times that amount under the timber trespass statutes in wa. st.....that's a swooping $14,400 per plant x 15...what's in your wallet fellow officers is what this fool actually did...

I personally thank fools like this..cause they really help out the cause, the "lack" of probable cause to seize..look at .050...the second they take more than a sample...it has been seized &forfeited to the court as a result.

But the downside of this means that even if you just grow 2 plants you could end up over the limit of 24 ounces according to these idiots.
