The testimony should have been just as "ALL" LEO/LEA protocol suggests..."POTENTIAL" of growing 1lb. per plant, not that it does each time.

If hiatt allowed this fool to state anything else, then here lies the problem...and my money banks that he allowed this fool to say "each plant does produce 1lb. per plant". And not "POTENTIAL" !!!!!

If they didn't follow protocol here, then it don't have any negative effect on us the patients, it has negative effect on them...the testilyer!!

I have copies of a DEA testifying that it is a "potential"..protocol.!! Am sure hiatt has way more legal background than I...it is not rocket science...it is common-sense.

As for mr. carter...this trial was not a criminal trial, it was a "POLITICAL" arena trial...in other-words, a political KANGAROO" court. Guilty regardless.

Dr Carter did get in to a little of production numbers of plants in this case. Some plants he testified wouldn't have produced any usable material because they were doing poorly. The most he testified was that a couple of the plants looked like they could have produced 4 ounces of usable material.
The biggest problem with MMJ cases is that jury decisions are not usually on legal grounds but there bias towards cannabis. The reefer madness connection.
This is why I keep preaching for people to get on these juries. Get enough hung juries in these cases and prosecutors will be forced to quit charging people for this, like in Kitsap county.

Dr. Gil really does seem like a nice guy - only have worked with him over the phone. Unfortunately, he does tend to take more time verifying patients (usually 2-3 days).

I've never had trouble getting verifications from Havsy, but he takes 2-3 days most of the time, too. Haven't met him either over the phone or in person, but his staff has always been helpful.
