Serious restless leg - leg pain when I smoke. Advice on strain?

Whenever I smoked previously, I would generally end up with major discomfort for an hour or so, in my legs. What strain would you recommend to definitely not cause this?? I don't need to get wasted, I just want some pain relief and be able to function completely when medicating. I assume that means sativa? I'm really new to this. This will be my first smoke in many years. I'm in my late 30's and need energy, I can't afford to laze around on the couch!

I'm MMJ patient in Colorado, so looking for something available at a dispensary.

ditto for me. severe leg cramps that get worse while puffin up. the coffee dehydrates me big time, i now hydrate heavily with water and i notice a significant improvement. if u check out magnetized water you'll read some info on how water hydrates better if spun thru a water vortex magnitizer. i bought one (they are cheap) and spin the water thru it before i drink it. significant improvement. also, ormus has been shown to help cells move the water better to the needed areas. seacrop is a natural ormus heavy, trace mineral heavy supplement. i pour a couple of tablespoons of seacrop into my water before i spin it in the wvm. this way i'm also getting necessary chelated trace minerals in my system as well as hydrating better. check it out for a hoot if nothing else.

after restless legs for 10 years and 4 doctors i finnaly traked it down.It was the coffee.Even decaff with only 3% caffiene set my legs off at night when i start to relax.Don't have any caffiene after 2pm..Good luck let me know how it turns out for youimp:

Have you tried eating bananas? Or calcium/potasium supplements?

I'm no Dr. but those things always help with my leg pain.
