it would be a complete waste of tax payer money for CO to be hosting this guy for most of the rest of his natural life, for being a dumbass.

Looks like anything that gets done won't have a compassion/amnesty proposal. He didn't know anything about 3939, even though he's a cosponsor. One of the best questions came from Warren regarding a decriminalization bill. If there is a reschedule and mmj can be tested, will there be a moratorium while double blind, placebo testing goes into effect? He didn't have a clear answer.
