hey guys, got a couple questions
whats going on everyone. trying to get involved with some postings now that ive read through everything haha
still have a few questions tho, and yes i really dont know to much but im trying to learn as much as i can
i was wondering how you can tell when the plant is ready to flower? is that all under your control if you grow inside? just change the light and switch the ferts?
and also, if one was working with a 150watt HID should they upgrade to a 400watt HPS when flowering?
thanks in advance if anyone can answer those questions
hope to start getting involved in some threads real soon

Indoors you can switch to 12/12 whenever you want, but the best results come from switching after the plant reaches sexual maturity... it'll start growing preflowers in 4 to 8 weeks.
As for the lighting, depends on how many plants and the space you intend to fill. Either will work, but obviously the more the better

More light is always good, if you want bigger buds. By going to 400w you should get a better harvest.
