I've never had this situation before. Thought I'd put it up for comments.
I live in the Southwest. The sun here is intense. The heat is also pretty impressive.
I started my current grow in May (outdoor, organic) 2 Strawberry Cough, 2 Original Flo, 1 Blueberry and 1 great bagseed. They all popped. I tried to get them acclimated to the climate at an early age. I vegged for 3 months. 2 FIM's and 3 pretty severe LST sessions. (The Blueberry was a hermie.) They are well into preflower and very bushy.
I had them in a spot where they received 6+ hr. of direct sunlight. Because of security issues, I built a lath house. That cut the available light by 30% . It also increased the hours of direct light. by 115%. Will a move to the lath house lengthen my flowering time. (strain dependent of course.) Look forward to hearing what you think...BB
