I grow 5 plants with 3 x 35 watts bulbs (2700k) at the moment (in flowering - in vegging I used 3 x 65 w 6500k) and its all going fine, so my answer is yes it should be fine.

I plan on using 3 "Y" splitters and hang the lights evenly across the canopy. I will line the walls with Mylar and run all the needed fans (inlet and outlet) Basically what i want to know is, Do you think the 6 23 watt (100 watt incandescent) lights will supply sufficient lighting for the possible 2 plants?
