Editing signature and theme?

First, click on User CP at the top of the page. This will bring you to your account page. All the edit tabs are located on the left side of the page under Control Panel.

I've clicked on the user cp tons of times, what part is editing the signature under? I click on each one over and over and I seriously can't find a section that allows me to do this. I do have adblock plus enabled in my browser, maybe this is causing problems?
