Perpendicular or Parallel
'Been wondering... Lets say you have a rectangular, horizontally bulb mount hood and a rectangular tray... See where I'm going with this?
Should the light be parallel to the tray, length wise?
-OR-
Should the light be perpendicular to the tray, across?
Length wise, or parallel, seems like the immediate answer. With further thought, however, it seems the strongest light will come off the longest part of the bulb rather than the tips if it were parallel. Like a battle ship "broadside" is the most powerful rather than from the front.
Then again big pro grows just have them every which way. Maybe I'm just over thinking it? Opine?Ocotillo Reviewed by Ocotillo on . Perpendicular or Parallel 'Been wondering... Wow, so this vote is really heating up. One vote for perpendicular and two for doesn't matter. I'm saving my vote 'til the last minute. It's getting very exciting!
