Hello everyone. Just had a couple questions about soil ph and about misting my mothers before cloning. I decided to treat my girls to a new PH pen. I have never owned one just always used a soil master probe to check my soil ph. So after feeding I started taking readings of each plants soil and what drained from the pots. If my pen is giving me a ph of 7.8 from the run-off and my probe is giving me a ph of 5.8 in the soil is it safe to average the two? All my plants are in pots, smallest holds .72 cu ft largest is 1.8 cu ft. I also thought that each strain would have some slight changes in the ph. I am currently running some Sour Diesel, Mazar and XJ-13. And I am going to be taking some clones off these lovely ladies and I am still crawling when comes to getting a high rate of success. I am going to use rockwool cubes since they worked before, my question is will it be beneficial to mist the branches I intend to cut with some plain water before I take them? I took a batch about a week ago that are in some Gel2root cups but I don't know if they are gonna root or not so I want to take some more and use rockwool. I use dip-n-grow and clonex for hormones.
