So from week 6 of flower, I installed a 150W MH to go with the 6x20W 2700K CFL's and the 2x23W 6700K CFL's for a total of ~316W.

Just curious as to why you added a MH to the flowering stage? The MH are better for veg. I would have added a HPS and I bet results would've been a little better.

Nice flowers by the way, for only veging 2 weeks!!! Good job.
