    Reservoir size?

I'm going to be doing an ebb & flow project for 6 clones. A 600 watt hps will be used throughout the veg and flower stage. What would the optimal size reservoir be for growing 6 plants this style? It seems that the smaller the size reservoir, the less nutes/ additives would be needed etc, but I'm sure there are downsides. So what size would you recommend?

    Reservoir size?

With 6 plants there are some tubs that walmart sells that I used to do this. 1 large tub sits on bottom and smaller (capacity wise) one goes ontop of large. I ran this with 6 gals. Let me know if need pics of tubs

    Hey Tinytoon,

Thank you for responding. I've read many of your posts and enjoy your readings! If it would not be too much trouble some pics would be cool. So to get this straight, I can get by with a 6gallon reservoir for 6 plants? Is there a downside of using such a small size reservoir? The upside to a small reservoir means less nute/additives, correct? Thanks for your help!

The only down side to a smaller rez that I can think of is you have to tend to it more with top offs, mostly in flower when they drink like a horse. Will take pics tonite and post thurs maorning for ya.

    Reservoir size?

Once again I apologize for the extra day. I put an 18 gallon tote next to the "rez" to show size. Water level tube is not needed if you dont want it. Only thing needed is a flood and drain kit. I'll look to see if I have any pics left of what I have done in one of these.

These were done inside my 2x3x6 cabinet with a 400W cooltube. Cabinet is now home to Momma.

TT, that is beautiful man. Thanks for taking the time to post these pics. My setup is going to be very similar. Question, what kind of grow is that considered, a scrog or sog?
