I quit for 6 months last year & then started again!!! Augghhhhhhh I could kick myself in the ass 100 times for that!!! It really is a BIG MENTAL THING... just make up your mind and DO IT. When you have a craving, do something else... anything.. & just remind yourself that "this too shall pass"!!!! One thing I will say is after I'd quit for a few days even ... if I gave in to the temptation... it really tasted like shit. :-P
