My buddy is having a problem with his plants. Two of them are turning extremely brown and don't seem to be starting to bud. Below is the form.

E-indoor or outdoor (Outdoor)
E-soil, soilless, coco, aero, or hydroponic (Soilless)
E-specific medium (ProMix)
CSL-Soil type/brand (Promix)
HCL-Hydro/aero/soilless system type (Promix in a 5 Gal bucket)
SCL-Anything you have added to the soil (Only fertilizer mentioned below)
SCLR-Soil or slab runoff pH (7-7.5)
E-Water source (Well Water)
E-Source water pH (About 7)
HRT-Source water EC (if hydro)
E-Age of plant (About 3-4 months)
E-Type of fertilizer (General Hydroponics FLora Bloom)
E-Rate of application (if hydro, this is your PPM number, preferably after each component is added) (Every few days at 2x-3x normal diluted strength)
E-Lighting source and distance from plant (Outdoors, so just the sun, direct sun for maybe 1/2 the day)
E-Air temperature (both day and night if you are running a dark period) (80's during the day, 60 at night)
HD-Reservoir temperature
E-Air % Relative humidity (Outside so varies)
E-Lighting schedule (Outside, so about 14 light / 10 dark)
E-Type of ventilation your room has (outdoors)
TR-Did you pre-soak your media in pH corrected solution?

From my last conversation with him, I suspect maybe nutrient burn, but not really sure. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions. Lots of good information on this site.
