Alright, so I smoke pot for chronic pain and sleep problems (which, after 3 years is counter productive) and I recently came across a generous dude who grows his own and was sympathetic to my situation who is giving me a few grams a week for free. Now, as soon as I got it I noticed an extremely strong cedar smell on it, but it looked like it was actually not bad outdoor and had a good crystal count. I've been smoking it for 3 days and its harsh shit, but aside from that and a weird taste, I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary, OK buzz, nothing special, until last night when I woke up having a lot of trouble breathing (I have asthma and was living in a moldy house until very recently, and had one particularly bad allergy attack where my throat started to close up a few months ago). Anyways, eventually it passed and I was ok, but I'm wondering if this bud has ceder pollen all over it. Its very possible that its grown right underneath cedar bushes as they're very common here in the suburbs.

Anyone know if its possible for the pollen from a cedar bush/tree to end up all over your MJ plant?

EDIT: Forgot to mention, it burns messed up aswell. Very slowly and never seems to fully turn to ash, just stays black and gets crispier. Smoking in a joint is hell, never stays lit and like I said, never fully turns to ash.
