Medical Marijuana is still illegal federally, if a police officer wants to he can still arrest you, espeically if you are bringing it through the checkpoint, which is specifically says Not To on the papers the DOH sends you when you are approved, Border Patrols on Federal Checkpoints

Yes, he was, but
It doesn't matter Border Patrol is Federal, not state.

And the thing you guys are missing is, since their are conflicting state and federal laws, if an officer really wants to he can still arrest you, and you will have to plead your case to the judge.

I don't agree with the rules, just explaining them.
DemingNonProfit Reviewed by DemingNonProfit on . MMJ and Border Patrol ?'s What is everyone's opinion on Border Patrol and other federal immigration agencies in southern NM and MMJ. I was wondering what you think they might do in the event that they caught someone with state authorized medical marijuana? It seems that most cali check points are seizing money and meds but not currently prosecuting people. Rating: 5
