What is the best Detoxification System?

I've been a heavy smoker for nearly a decade (4 joints a day at least. Not KB or Middies but schwag trash... it's cheap and I'm poor; I'm not proud of it).

Anyway, I have to take a drug test fairly soon. In preparation I have virtually cut out smoking. In the last three to four weeks I've only smoked 3 times (one of which is now, which is why I'm making this... kind of nervous about this test suddenly). And each time I smoked it was a minimal amount. I can take the drug screen anytime between now and August 30th.

Since I've smoked for so long, and am finding it hard to completely stop smoking, I'm asking for your recommendation on the most effect Detox program. There are many drink/ pill products out there claiming to mask your urine, I'm wondering if any of you have any experience with them?

I was also thinking about just buying a "Wiz-a-nator" and using fake piss or Terminador Gold60? Really unsure how these drinks even work.....

Please advice?

I forgot to add that I work out about 5 days a week for an hour and a half. I'm 6', weigh 215 and have an 18% body fat. Doesn't THC cling to the fat cells in your body?

Yes, fat cells store THC. An overweight smoker that has stopped for more than 30 days could test positive if they perform an activity that causes them to start burning their fat stores. I don't know which detox is best, but the 24 hr ones just mask the presence of THC by putting so many nutrients in your body that the screen cannot find the THC it's looking for. I have always just stopped smoking. It sucks, but it is very doable for me. Keep me updated and good luck!:stoned:

Detox drinks don't mask the presence of anything. They require you to drink copious amounts of water along with the drink. That dilutes the THCA in your system enough to drop it below test cutoff levels. The same thing can be accomplished by using vitamin B2 and water.

10Below, I don't think that you have enough time to clean out completely. Your best bet would be to substitute with synthetic urine. We here in the drug testing forums, always recommend Quick Fix. Its 100% effective if you can maintain a temperature between 90-100%. Are you going to be observed?

Also, In browsing through some post I've seen Metamucil mentioned once or twice. How does this product work with a drug screen? I've been using this product for the last six months just for regularity.

If you are going to be observed than subbing is out. Whizzinator's don't work for true observed tests since you will have to lift up your shirt, drop your pants, and do a 360 if front of the person watching you before peeing.

Nah, it's not that hardcore. Just a drug assessment test. There will be a mirror in front of me aimed at my crotch and someone behind me looking into the mirror. The only issue with the whizzinator is the on/ off switch. I'm not sure where it is located.

But also, I would like alternatives. Really don't feel like spending 100 bucks...

The best detoxification is exercise and a high fiber diet. The metamucil helps you to excrete THCA through your colon, speeding up the process of detoxification. These two things and time alone are the fastest most effective way to get clean.

I agree with Webdox, if your going to be observed then I wouldn't even think about substituting. Your better off trying to clean out naturally, I just hope you have enough time. Pick up some cheap test strips and start testing yourself periodically. Your also going to want to read up and start practicing dilution. Thanks for the info. I exercise regularly and have been taking metamucil for months just for regularity. The last 3 weeks I've smoked maybe 4 times and have another 2 weeks or so before I'm forced to take the test.

I guess I'm going to increase the metamucil intake, sit in a sauna after workouts and drink loads of cranberry juice. Will also start using test strips next week to see how dirty I am, if I am at all.

If I pass a home drug test, should I be safe to pass a legitimate test?

Neither of these things will do a thing to help you clean yourself out. Very little THCA is excreted via sweat and drinking shitloads of cranberry juice might make the oceanspray people happy but won't do a thing to clean you out.
