yea they arent white flies. i see the same bugs through the drain holes of my jalepeno plants. i only see them in the roots and inside the soil. nowhere else. they dont really fly they just jump. kinda like fleas but really white.

BTW- i tried to take pics but the camera isnt that great and they are so small you cant even see them unless in person or through a scope. which i do not have yet
