Put a tiny blue LED light in the grow that is at the edge of the grow, and see if the plants closest respond. Use a very dim one at first like a HDD light on the front of your computer. Grow several crops increasing the brightness of the light each successive time until the plants hermie, and then back it down to the safest most productive level.
I'm going to guess that the light of an mini led flashlight will be too much, but one micro LED per square yard or so wont do anything at all.
Give me the final report in about 2 years.
scrumby Reviewed by scrumby on . moonlight replication I'm on my first grow ever and am doing it indoors. I am using fluoros despite all the bad press they get. I've smoked fluoro bud and it worked just fine. I understand the lighting basics and have just begun to flower my babies. My "newbie question" is has anyone ever seen anything or tried replicating moonlight? I know that indoors, your are trying to provide the perfect environment to keep the ladies happy and I would think that in nature they get moonlight, would it be to my advantage to try Rating: 5
