    Deep in the Heart of Texas

    I wonder how anyone can live in Texas with crap like this. Sorry to those who do who have to live under these types of antiquated laws and sentences. :wtf:

    You just got to be slick enough to get away with it. The war on marijuana down here in Texas is completely out of control. Basically everyone who smokes, deals, or grows marijuana eventually ends up on probation for at least a year. Having less than 1 gram of marijuana is still punishable by jail time.

    Just presenting the facts.

    i found this about the state laws here in texas.

    "* With no prior felony convictions, if convicted of possession of less than one pound of marijuana a judge must impose a sentence of probation with mandatory drug treatment. If no treatment center exists within the jurisdiction, the judge may waive the treatment requirement. They judge can also waive all fines."

    lol. i wonder how many people get that?
