Indoor CFL Indica Plant

yo i just started a seed in my closet under cfl lights. i have about 100 watts over the plant. i am planning on getting 2 more and having 100 watts over each plant.
the first leaves are starting to turn yellow. i was wondering if this had to do with the lighting being not close enough or too close.
or does it have to do with the watering.

could be anything from wrong soil to many nutes (nutrition) to wet, to humid, to hot, no circulation of air, i just started reading up on this stuff and have been able to skip some of the mistakes made by most noobs and i just started my own thread and cant wait for the advice /comments. pics definitely help in getting the correct advice from the members of this forum. good luck
