470PPM tap water! too much?!?
PUR filters do nothing. Brita filters actually work and will drop your TDS count.
Thougbh with water that hard, you're probably better off just getting a hardwater-specific nutrient solution if you don't want to goof with an RO system.khyberkitsune Reviewed by khyberkitsune on . 470PPM tap water! too much?!? the title says it all folks... I really don't want to get an RO system because of all the water they waste and slow flow rate .5gmp is NOT what I need for several large resevoirs... Is 470PPM too high? I plan on using all organic nutrients and I could just go easy on the nutes... What should I do? Rating: 5
