today....there are 4 ready....but I looked at the tricomes and all were milkey
with very few amber in color....thought I would give them a few more days.

Here is a nice photo of the curing bud jars....green crack....or "space queen" also pictured is the first purple berry kush...not much of a yield....maybe 2 to 3 ounces..but the plants left to harvest will be much more than that.

Listened a little while ago to a fellow on Medical Marijuana Radio Show talking about harvest time. According to him, all this advice to wait for amber trichomes is faulty information. He recommends harvesting when trich's are milky.

This is accurate. Milky Trichomes = more head high, amber trichomes = more body high. Works for indica or sativa.

off the 2nd Purple Berry Kush this morning, 70% cloudy and 30% amber tricomes...I left the side and bottom buds to go a while longer. The buds are super nice dense nuggets very large and heavy....I really want to keep this plant and re-veg it.....for clones after harvest...there are 3 awesome purple berry kush in this grow and all would be excellent mothers. I will probally take the other two later this week.

The buds are perfect, sticky, red to brownish hairs, sugar looking tricomes, flushed for 10 days....just killer looking bud.

I still have 5 purple berry that have very nice buds, but the caylex's are still not hard and the tricomes are clear....so I am just going to let them keep going.....the Grand Daddy Purple is very close, and so is the Afgoo.

Crop B .....is budding very nicely....blue dream....black berry kush....looks like about 2 to3 more weeks.

Crop C .....also budding nicely Kypronite, Purple Dragon, Grandaddy Purple.

There is about 20 more smaller cola's left all are about half the size of these cola's....but still a nice amount left.

I may take another one tomorrow......its been a journey...that is for sure.:rasta:

Here is the bundle of Grand Daddy Purple harvest....I am not too good at judging final weight until it's dry.....but the nugs are real heavy...

1st purple berry Kush....was not too good....2 ounces dry...once again I believe the light issue had alot to do with the poor yield...but it also could be that clone was from an inferior plant.

2nd purple berry kush.....which still has all the side and lower buds and will be harvested tomorrow....had 7 ounces of dry from the tops I took 7 days ago.....and I know there will be another 3 ounces dry with what is left.....I guess you never know.

I am going to re-veg this plant and try and make it a mother...for future clones


Still have some beautiful Purple Berry Kush to harvest...most will go next weekend......its been a struggle....I am not sure if this log was any great success.....and there were some pretty....low.....low's....but now....the highs are worth the lows.
