I just reviewed my log and all the pictures...it's nice to have this documented to review for use after you finish your grow.

Here is my opinion of my grow to date and the pros and cons:

1) Mites were introduced from the Ny Diesel and Purple dragong clones
I got from a private breeder....once you get mites it makes growing pretty tough. Now that I have my own cloning machine and the following mothers....purple berry kush, grand daddy purple, purple kush, kush, space queen, romalian, NY diesel, Purple dragon...there will be no need to buy clones...when taking clones now I have a mitacide bath I give them prior to cloning...so far no mites on any plants in the veg area.

2) Light intruption happened around day 30 of flower and continued for about 7 to 10 days before I figured it out....with 6 lights...the problem occured when the power went out and 2 of the six light got off schedule....so in effect 4 lights were on and 2 off and the reverse of that in the dark period...that lead to the streaching and revegging...then to top it off i raised the lights...because of the to tall blue dream plants...all at the same time.
that killed my flower period for about 30 days...because when they go back to vegging....you have to get them back to 12/12 and it takes time for them to react. by reviewing the pictures you can see that.

3) Some strains that you buy from breaders are junk....the green crack 2 plants were just inferior strains....I now have a mother plant from a killer green crack "space queen" and it is nothing like what I was sold...I know this strain, as I took the cutting my self off a huge plant with solid colas.

4) Arrangement of grow room and size of grow. I have never grown on this size of scale before this log...all my experience is from outdoor and my grows were very productive. Indoor growing is a whole another type of growing and really not comparable to outdoor growing. I made many mistakes and I probally re-aranged my grow room about 5 times through this grow log. For anyone following this log....all I can say is....be persistent....you will...be ok...if you keep at it.....but you have to put in your time....and learn from your mistakes.....The number one lesson I learned is....plants can get out of hand....in my case the sativa/indica cross blue dream....got too big fro my room....I waited way too long to flower....that caused a huge problem for the entire grow room.....the mostly indica plants are perfect for indoors on a long veg....but for sativa....very short veg and then flower is my experience from this log.....funny thing is outdoor....size is not a problem.

5) Co2, air movement, carbon filter, air in and air out......all of these are needed to keep your plants healthy...well you could go without the co2....but tempture and humidity are the most important....I believe This part of my grow was excellent...and If I did not have that in control...my grow would of failed....my tempture in the summer was 80 to 83 with co2 and 50 to 65 humidity and I was using the Air conditioner a ton....now using the 1700 cfm fan at 15 minutes on and 15 minutes off keeps the room at 76 to 80 and my dehumidifer keeps the humidity at 50 to 65. No heater...no AC are needed...but if you turn off the fan....everything will sore to 100 degrees and 90% humidity.....new growers please make sure you have this part of your garden under control.

6) Whispy buds....hard buds....and in between buds....I have them all right now.....again picture review is very important....I know everyone thinks the can remember....but believe me....you can not...and it all becomes a blurr when you visit your grow room 2 times a day.....take lots of pictures...and document....My whispy buds 2 weeks ago are getting hard...my whispy...lanky...spinley buds 30 days ago are huge colas and rock hard now....they just take time....I know everyone thinks flower is 8 weeks...but it could take longer...and why would you want to harvest a whispy bud...when it may get hard....check the tricomes....if they are not amber....you could let them go a little while longer.

7) Harvest......4 plants this weekend.....picture's...for sure

8) I am going to let the rest of them go 1 more week in crop A...then harvest.
