Last one Afgoo bud....they are really starting to smell

I am so glad I got some help to hook up the huge carbon filter ( it very heavy at about 80 pounds) and it runs every 15 minutes....as they is no smell problem at all right now.

due to my lack of growing knowledge (which i am trying to expand myself) i havent commented on much but i have some very very knowledgeable friends that i can ask any questions you have.

please, keep up the good work and the posts. its looking great and i like to see the progress. If you could include crop A, or B or whichever crop is in each picture it would be a lot of help. Otherwise its looking great and im glad youre on top of the mites. If they were my plants the mites would have eaten them by now lol.

Keep posting and keep up the good work, its really nice watching the process and trying to learn from it.

Just got back from the lake this weekend and checked on the grow room...
it's strange you check on your plants twice a day for almost 90 days and then go 2 1/2 without and it feels strange....I watered them very heavy prior to leaving and they are fine and have really shot up and the buds have filled in nicely. Had another small outbreak of mites in the Veg area and I just bombed it...have to wait 2 hours prior to going in the water. Also had another ballast go out....brand new...I am going to ship it back to them for a replacement....very strange...luckly I had a spare, so no harm to foul. power bill is $600 a monthbut these buds are looking just awesomeimp:

Had another teen (GDP) Grand Daddy Purple die on me again...that makes 9 our of 18 have died....they were F...up clones when I got them and I should of never purchased them....Live and Learn...just got my cloner...now I will be able to remove the mite problem fully, by providing my own clones from mother plants I will set aside. Never had a problem with mites until those clones were brought into the grow room.

i am growing a grand daddy purp clone and a purple dragon seed i was wondering if u had any segestions or tips about growing these strains and alson what should be my expectations for these strains. first time grower looking for some input

The mites are a pain in the ass, huh? I had them show up once or twice but didn't have much trouble knocking them out. Like you did, kill 'em then bomb the rooms.

Grand daddy purple is more of an indicia plant...short and bushy...excellent for growing inside....Purple Dragon....more of a sativia...tall and lankey...I would top that purple dragon right from the get go and keep it short and bushy, because when you switch to 12/12 that thing will blow up and double in size in 10 days, I would super crop it, LST it, and FIM it. I made the mistake of not doing that with the blue dream plants and if you go look at the picures in the grow log those plants are HUGE...and they are in day 10 of flower...I can not top or FIM them, so I am super cropping some and LST some to see what is more effective.

Both will be great producers, but you need to treat them differently and they will grow very different.

Thanks.....the mites....are just about gone...they are not on any of my budding plants....but they love those blue dream plants, and in the veg area they love the purple dragon, grand daddy purple, and black berry kush. Bug bombs work excellent in there as it is very easy to control. I am hand spraying the blue dreams, and twice a day checking to big budding plants....nothing so far, and they will only get sprayed with organic stuff if necessory. I am not doing anything to those plants as they are starting to get nice sticky buds....and the SMELL.....WOW I just love that smell.....It reminds me of the old days....that first bag of weed...you opened...in high school.....the Santa Cruz....bud....or Bonny Dune Bud......just a killer smell...

Looks like Weed daddy is going to add some LED lights to the grow room.

Not sure where to start, but I am not going to go the China...junk stuff.

Looks like I may start with 4 and see out it goes.....

BTW Saturday will be week 4 and for everyone looking for pictures....the buds are really getting big.....I may take some preview pictures tomorrow...I see the start of a few two handers....yeh baby... and with 4 weeks to go
I am being very careful with my ladies. What I need them to do is get some huge DDD's on them....you know like 44 DDD on about half the colas...:stoned:.....hey a guy can dream can't he.

The veg plants are just exploding and the Black Berry Kush in 15 gal pots need to be moved into flower.....but no room....when they get moved they will have veged for 60 days....WOW....That is going to be crop C

Crop B the Blue Dream....are 10 days into flower and small pistals are showing have to super crop some of the tall branches...they wer like 5 feet tall and were going to explode to 7 feet...if I was not careful.

The mites....are just about gone...I hav ebeen very dilligent about my inspection of the plants on a daily basis. Only using organic spray in a very limited basis on the blue dreams and there are no mites on the crop A plants

seeing and hearing about the grow is really inspiring. I can't wait til i have money to start my own (most likely small) grow. keep up the good work. cant wait to hear about how the LEDs go. I dont really want to use anything but LEDs
