Quest UA pre-employment questions!

I have been reading a ton of information on this site for the past few days, as well as gain some information from friends who had different things work for them. Here is my situation:
5'8" 185lbs, not in shape.
I will not have smoked for 72 hours before my test (moderate smoker, 2-3 times a week)

I have a donor and read all the information for the substitution method, but has anyone does this at a Quest facility? I am concerned with 1. observation and 2. amount they will want to collect (3 oz doesn't seem like a lot)

With this in mind, I am planning to use the dilution method with gatorade, herb clean (drink and creatine/bvitamin package) as well, just so my bases are covered as much as possible. Third question would be is how bad would it be for me to add my own sample to the clean sample if they wanted a larger cup filled (temp and volume concerns of mine)?

Any and ALL help is extremely appreciated! I have to take this by 3:30pm tomorrow!

Subbing sounds like its going to be your best option. They will not observe and 2 ounces is all thats required at Qwest and Labcorp facilities. Keep the temp in range and you should be fine as long as you're sure the donor takes NO drugs of any kind.
Dillution is probably not an option with you but its always a good idea to do it the morning of the UA just in case anyway.
If you heavily dillute your urine you can use a little bit in the sample but only if its an emergency.

That is kind of what I figured. I definitely know he does nothing...he would not risk his awesome job at a huge medical company.

I am walking around with a 3oz shampoo bottle now, and have been measuring the temp with a digi...45 min and still at 98.8 and not as uncomfortable as I originally thought!
