what has happened?
I would be more then happy to talk to anyone in the farmington, Aztec, Bloomfeild area about a patient coop thing or a local network for us in the North that have our ppl and cards. I am not familiar with the patient to patient thing but if that is possible:weedpoke: then Blackhash has hit this thing right on the head. There should be less talk of producers and more talk of people gathering together to help one another.
Must research this one. Peace

[quote=blackhash]NM law reads much the same as CO law on this topic, xsnoder. There is a post on the board (tried to find it) that defines what this "back door" wording/clause is called in legal terms, but in the end the Act states that you cannot be prosecuted for sales to other licensed patients as long as you are in compliance with all other aspects of the Act. (i,e. aren't growing a bunch of extra plants for sales)
I will definitly check it out further when I get home. Thank you for the info hash:thumbsup:

I assume you're growing outside. Without trying to sound too much like a tree hugger. Praying mantis along with spiders, some wasps and yes, even centipedes, are extremely beneficial predators She will eat many times her bodyweight in grasshoppers, leafhoppers, worms, (they eat aphids like popcorn) and all types nasties bent on decimating your crop. I know centipedes are mildly poisonous. She is just as eager to avoid you. Keep an eye out for her. Just give the plant a good shake before handling it. If you use pesticides, all bets are off. (allthough they seem to do OK with neem oil) I had 3 last year and the plants with the centipedes did better overall than the others.

you have some flawed info, the state does not allow any patient to sell or even donate medical cannabis. People should really read & UNDERSTAND the laws and requirements of the program, Persons from out of state seem to have difficulty understanding the whole NOT-FOR PROFIT, asspect of the program in NM, if you are making money selling medical cannabis, I question your methods and lawfulness. Most of the producers are TOTAL SCAMS, Southwest organic producers hasnt even held a board meeting, yet the alledged officers and employees are being paid, without any authorization for the compensation levels. This is FACT, I am a board member & I have filed formal complaints, although the truth is no one really cares. I am disgusted that SWOP utilized me to get licensed, I would resign, but there is no one that is actually authorized to act in any official capacity for SWOP, so there is no one to accept a resignation letter. So I guess I will wait for the first board meeting or until the AG investigates, what a shame that these guys are already corrupting the medical program. If anyone has purchased cannabis from SWOP, you are entitled to attend and even vote at the board meetings as the organization is a membersip organization, and by law all members are required to be notified of any board meeting or action of the board. SWOP has neglected their responsibilities regarding the requirments for notifying members of the conduct of the organization. If anyone is interested on seeking a lawful resolution to the issues at SWOP, I would be happy to speak with anyone seeking the truth about this organization. I will be checking this site often for replies, I hope other responsible board members and concerned program participants will be interested in nipping this issue in the bud, We are a self policing industry after all, if we do not clean this program up, we may lose it!!!

Its time for you to move on and stop spouting BS about SWOP and others.
I don't know who you are but it is obvious you have some kind of grudge.
We are here to help each other. You are not helping anyone.
New Jersey is a recent MMJ State and I recommend you move to Newark.JM

You will receive written instructions from our lawyers

I just listened to your radio show john, I really enjoyed it,
although as long as we are talking about SWOP, on one your interviews you talk about SWOP delivering bud to patients, although SWOP was breaking the rules set forth by the DOH, by taking cannabis through Federal Checkpoints.
Its hard enough getting producers approved, then the producers already approved are breaking the law.
I can appreciate they are trying to deliver medicine to sick folks, but why make things harder for everyone else by not following the laws the state set forth!
