It's hard to say 100% without seeing some more pics of your plant/plants but I think you are being a bit optimistic with your harvest time. If you harvest at 7 weeks you are going to lose out on a lot of bud. Between 9 and 11 weeks (depending on strain) will generally improve the size and quality of your harvest.

Hope you have a 30x microscope and are checking the trichs. Yield and potency will suffer if chopped too early.
