halp, 6 weeks in with autoflowers, still no flowers!
I'm doing an Aerogarden grow, very minimalist, just the default AG nutes and lights (on 16-8), with some Low Ryder autoflower seeds. (its an experiment -- how little work can I do and still get results, cuz I'm *lazy*.) its been about six weeks and I still don't have any sign of flowering. the plants are very healthy, and pushing 2ft (augh!) -- the light doesn't actually go any higher, should I pinch the growing tips?
what can I do to get these babies to flower for me?

I don't think you have autoflower seeds. Should be flowering by now. Turn the lights to 12/12 and it'll flower, but also double or triple in size. Then you'll need a lot more light to get anything worthwhile.

Agree with bigtop! That light will produce wispy fluffy bed and much of the lower stuff will die off quick. Don't forget when it's 12hr dark it needs total darkness. No light leaks or interupption.

agree with the above. You might want to put in 5 gallon bucket and place outside about the right time to let nature finish it out for you. that would be the least amount of work for you. I had one lowryder do that years ago when they first came out.

I live in a tiny apartment in the city, so I don't really have a safe place outside to put them to finish them off, and I don;t have a dark enough place inside either. That was the whole reason I bought autos.....I don't want to have to start all over. Is there enough thc before flowering that i can at least dry out the leaves and make a batch of brownies or something?

Umm hate to be the bearer of bad news, but looks like the seeds you got were bunk. I'd definitely scrap the plant and get some seeds from a reputable dealer. I've had good luck with Short Stuff Seeds strains. They all finish in 8-10 weeks and have pretty good buds for an autoflower. I got 2 ozs off one of my Russian Rocket Fuels.

You aren't done yet. Just switch the lights to 12/12 and ensure they don't get interrupted when they are sleeping. Everything will turn out just fine.
Honestly, Autoflower seeds are junk in my book anyhow. Just use the natural method.
