Can't Get High Twice In One Night?

I am relatively new to regular smoking. I've been smoking everyday for only about a month now. I've noticed that I can get real high after the first smoking session but once it wears off a bit I cannot seem to get as high again (no matter how much I smoke thereafter!). Is this a known phenomenon or something? Or am I a freak? I might be both but you get the question.

I tried to search for a similar topic to no avail. If this question is redundant please point me in the right direction.

Happens to me too dude. You just have to smoke a lot more the 2nd time.

Only if you smoke the same strain or bud. A different strain will produce different results in the same day. And, some times a latter buzz will really nail your butt!!! imp:

Yups, I know I get like that if I smoke too close in between sessions. Im a medical patient and I smoke everyday,I know that if I burn and like 1/2 hour later a friend comes by and we end up burning again, I dont get higher,So I try and keep my sessions at like at least 3 hours apart.Sometimes I gotta burn like every 2 hours,depending on activity,if Im just sitting, I can last a few hours, if I am walking around or driving around, then I will use sooner.

I've smoked for nearly ten years now and yeah that still happens to me. If I've had a major sesh early on, then waited so long that thats worn off, then I smoke again it doesn't do a thing I just feel tired
