wobble light
if it is free then use it..you want to look in to kelvin temps tho...them wobble lights would work good for the most important part of the plants life which his flowering however you want a different light for the veg part of the life cycle. you want so simulate the sun, thats why you see the lights up high and the shields are to reflect most of the light down. wobble lights sit one the ground with the light about 2.5ft(i think)off the ground which is not ideal as the plants will grow toward the light ...you are in construction so im shure this wouldent be a problem for you.
i thought about getting one of these but it was a fluorescent bulb which comes with less heat and a smaller power bill. ended up with a ton of CFL's which i will never use agean.(go big or go home)
