Remember the judge that said mmj was a joke? Looks like he failed a judicial standard and should be reprimanded.


According to that canon, "judges should be patient, dignified, and courteous to litigants, jurors, witnesses, lawyers and others with whom judges deal in their official capacity."

She get's one more of these and she is fired....go push that asshats buttons...she needs to go.

This is fairly common. If you sit in on a few cases you can see some really disturbing behavior by judges and prosecutors.
