How does one become a state licensed producer in WA state???

How does one become a state licensed producer in WA state???
In the state of Washington, there is no such thing as producers. However, you can get your MMJ card and grow up to 15 plants. Once you have your card, come down to our co-op and we'll be happy to talk to you more.
