WATER LEAVES??
Never heard the term before, but having 3-fingered leaves is quite normal especially around flowering. As long as the plant looks healthy it's nothing to be concerned about. It is probably a result of the stress, also some males will tend to have 1 and 3 fingered leaves as they flower or near flowering. But no worries, any pics?
