Alright i went to the forum grasscity but they dont even help people in this category. So my tip of my leaves are wilting and want to know if its normal or what am i doing wrong?

its like slowly doing it to all the leaves... idont have a temp or humid reader.. but i keep it cool in there and have a feel for the right temp (another thing on the to do list)

And another question that nobody answered me on.. how often should i be changing the water... and should i use just water sometimes so i dont OVER FEED IT? or should i always have a lil in it?
