clones are dying
It's funny how your post has a big smiley face while the poor clones are dieing. That's what I call a good attitude!
With multiple big 40W lights, a heat mat, and summer time in CA they sound too hot, too wet (as rockwool always seems to be), too much stagnant air, rotting and molding.
Do you have a $8 walmart digital temp/humidity gage inside the dome? Can you give the temp/humid levels? Do you open it to dry and breath a few times a day? Do you never allow the clones to be wet and drippy? I thought not.

I'd read the above thread, I made a detailed post on how to go from 0% clone hell to 100% success with rapid rooter plugs and a few minor changes. Learn it, know it, live it.
As for right now, I'd remove the lid, monitor for wilting and spray/cover if wilting occurs. I'd try to dry out the cubes if they are too wet, put on a towel maybe? I'd cut more and put in another separate dome to avoid mold from cross contaminating. If they are wet I'd dry each with Qtips. I'd also go out and get a thing to watch the humidity level, 70% is plenty after the first couple/three days.
