Spray your plants down with a hose at as high of a pressure they can stand, assuming your plants have yet to flower.

Let them dry, then use a pure Neem Oil Concentrate, I recommend the brand Green Light. It can be found at Lowes/Home Depot/ Osh ext.

Mix 2 tablespoons of the Neem Oil Concentrate into 1 gallon of water. Spray your plants 1-2 times a week focusing on the undersides of the leaves. Using latex gloves, use your fingers and hands to paint up the plant making sure you get every little spot covered.

Tip: Neem is obviously an oil, so when spraying your plants, shake up the spray bottle to make sure the solution is being mixed up properly or it will seperate from the water and be less effective.
