The harvest cant be estimated or compared as they will both produce the same yeild (grown correctly).

Anything hybrid indica based is best for a good heavy couchlock stone dependent on when you harvest tour trichomes.

Haze is a hybrid but mostly sativa based (takes longer to produce yeild and flower) but even sativas can be harvested to produce a couchlock stone or a high buzz stone as i all depends on when you harvest your trichomes.
