Tinytoon, thanks again for the tips. The light, thanks to the cool tube, is surprisingly cooler than I thought it could be. The GDP's have almost instantly responded to the lower lights and the switching of positions. I cant wait to post updated pics tonight.
One thing I'm slapping my head over: my partner and I had no choice but to cut our new access panel while the plants were in the room. With limited space, we had to do it that way. Sawdust got everywhere, but we managed to protect the plants and they barely noticed. However, like an idiot, I neglected to turn my intake off and now theres a very light dusting of sawdust inside my cool tube. To take it apart and clean it would mean taking apart my entire vent system. I know the dust reduces the light output, but I'm going to have to wait until this grow is complete before I can get in there, take everything apart, and really clean that room up. This grow has been amazingly educational, so I'm not upset about the errors that have occurred: this just means my next grow will avoid those same errors :-)
