did you check the rundown ph? how long are the roots at first when you stuck'm in the dirt?

i use the paper towel method all the time, works like a charm for me.. make sure ur not adding too much water.. and try starting them out in something organic
I believe thats the potential problem. I used some random soil outta the garage before I had really read up on all this stuff. Its potentially old, and I dont recall what it was, but it was probably bought from home depot, so its probably Miricle Grow. My next attemp will be with Ocean Forrest. I hope it works better this time.
Indie2121 Reviewed by Indie2121 on . Having serious problem, Need Help. I built a rubbermaid 30 gallon grow box. 6 26w 6500k CFLS for veg, with an 18/6 light time. Seeds germinate successfully, and I place them root down under 1/4 to 1/2 inch of soil. 5 days later, no sprout so I dug up seed and the root was just dead and rotted. This has happened 6 times. I have no idea what the problem is, and its getting me really down because I have read hundreds of threads and books on growing, have a great setup and know how to take care of a plant but for some reason it wont Rating: 5
