Pre-emplyment urine test coming up, stress!

Hi guys,

This is my situation:

- 6.1, 175 pounds, with (im pretty sure) a high metabolism.
- work out (weights) about 3 times/week
- Have been clean for 15 days now
- urine test is most likely this upcoming monday
- did a cvs home test monday afternoon: negative (after drinking about 80 oz water)
- did another cvs home test tuesday morning (first pee, first stream): negative (but line was not as clear)
- did another home test (not csv) this morning (second pee, ruined the first one ): negative again.

Im a very paranoid person when it comes to stuff like this, and basically I just wanna know if im good to go for Monday (20 days clean) without any dilution methods.

And how reliable are the home drug tests?

Please help me out!

ps: have read a lot info on this board already, but none similar to my situation.

Home test kits are extremely reliable and if you can pass one with the first void of the day, then you will have no problem passing a lab test.

Have passed 5 home tests now, 3 from cvs, 1 from walgreen and 1 I bought online. The last 4 were are all first voids of the day.

Still planning on doing a little dilution.. picked up the creatine and the b complex (really looks like Shrek p... after using it).

Also planning on drinking gatorade the day of the test. Are there any other liquids/supplements I should consider in order not to get a false negative/diluted sample? I read something about salt..?

Any additional advice will be greatly appreciated!

I really see no point in diluting if your passing your home test kits. There's no need in chancing a negative dilute. Drink a gatorade and void once before the test and you should be fine.
